How can I purchase tickets?


Tickets can ONLY be purchased online via our website - www.snaphauspdx.com/reservations. All major credits cards are accepted. Every guest must purchase a ticket - this includes photographers, assistants & children (free under 5, please list them at checkout) Tickets must be purchased prior to arriving in order to secure your spot.




How does this work?


SnapHaus is a self-photography studio that offers over 20+ installations, something for everyone. Every visitor is required to purchase a ticket prior to arriving. After purchasing your ticket(s) you will receive a confirmation email with more information about our rules and instructions/directions for parking and entry. Please read your confirmation email thoroughly - SnapHaus is located within a secured building. The access code is provided in your confirmation email. If you have any questions, please contact support@snaphauspdx.com or text 503.707.0962 UPDATED 2/17/2021: In order to adhere to current COVID-19 regulations we will be limiting the experience to 15 people per hour. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes to secure your stop. If you think that you will be later than 10 minutes please contact us to reschedule. We kindly ask that all guests wear masks and follow all current social distancing guidelines.




Where do I park?


SNAPHAUS does not offer parking. There is usually ample public paid parking available - please read local parking signage closely. SNAPHAUS is not responsible for any towed vehicles. Public transportation is always a great option as well.




What should I bring?


(bring your mask please) Bringing a friend is always recommended! Smart phone or camera and a SMILE :)




What should I wear?


SNAPHAUS is all about self expression!! We encourage you to dress in any way that makes you happy. You can even bring extra outfits to switch into and take advantage of our dressing room boudoir!




Do you allow pets?


Sadly we cannot allow pets at the moment. We are bummed about this as well and hope to change that in the future!




Can I bring food + drink?


Please make sure all food + drink have been consumed or discarded prior to arriving.




Do you have public restrooms?


We currently do not offer public restrooms as the building is shared with other businesses and are only accessible by key. We highly advise using the restroom prior to arriving.




Can I book an event or private party?


Yes, we are offering private sessions starting 2/22/2021. Current COVID-19 regulations restrict gatherings at 25% capacity for Multonomah County - this means SnapHaus cannot allow more than 15 people at a time. If you would like to book a session or event with 15 people or less please email support@snaphauspdx.com. You can also DM us on social media, call or text.




COVID-19


Guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing. All staff members have daily symptom and temperature screenings and will be wearing masks as well. If you feel sick, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been around someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has COVID-19 symptoms please reschedule your booking by emailing support@snaphauspdx.com We will be taking extra precautions and have created sanitation stations all around the premises. Additionally we will limit the amount of people per time slot and limit each slot to 1 hour in order to allow time to sanitize in-between groups. We appreciate your patience and understanding.




Are kids allowed?


Yes! Children under the age of 5 are FREE! All Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please make sure children do not pull or damage any of the installations, props or electrical equipment. SNAPHAUS is not responsible for any damage or personal injury.




Do I need to bring my own lighting?


Every installation has its own designated lighting. All lighting is adjustable; you can adjust the warmth/coolness and dim or brighten to your liking. We also have RGB (color changing) lights in certain sets. We're happy to help make any adjustments. You are welcome to bring in your own lighting or professional equipment. Please call ahead to inform staff if you are bringing equipment with wheels or is too large carry by hand.
